This conversion of an existing restaurant space features freestanding tables allowing for the rodizio-style dining experience. A temperature controlled display of 800 wine bottles serves as a focal point. Warm light fixtures sparkle and add a starry night effect and the variety of textures and subtle patterns create layers of depth in the space. Local artist Marc De Waele was commissioned for the metal branch sculpture suspended above the salad bar as well as a custom horse painting on wood paneling at the entrance.
