Holiday Inn Clearwater

Having had no major renovation since its opening in 1985, the hotel ownership required that the strict Inter Continental Hotels Group design guidelines be met on a limited budget to ensure that the rebranding process would maintain licensing status for the Holiday Inn flag. The solution provided a fresh, contemporary look with an exterior cosmetic renovation including the porte cochere and a complete interior renovation of all public spaces including the lobby, dining, lounge, banquet halls, restrooms and public corridors.
