This renovation of a 1960’s, seven-story former Federal Government building in St. Petersburg, created a fresh, new-look, multi-tenant facility. Subtle exterior architectural changes enhance the entry sequence and canopy, while lighting and landscaping soften the building image adding pedestrian-level appeal. The renovated lobby and public spaces feature new stone, wood trim and cobalt lighting detailing the existing elevator doors creating an upgraded look while respecting the owner’s budget constraints.
